Base Camp – Bear Mountain

AJA Architecture and Planning along with Studio A Landscape Architects was commissioned by Ottauquechee Realty Advisors to develop a master plan development for the first true ski-on, ski-off gated community at Killington—the premier ski resort on the East Coast.

The master plan for Base Camp at Bear Mountain includes the development of two-story, four-bedroom townhomes, single-family custom homes, and multi-story condominium buildings. The development is planned at the base of Bear Mountain on the west side of the resort and includes a new trail development to provide ski-in ski-out access.

The project is planned for construction after the 2023 / 2024 ski season and will be completed in multiple phases.
