Wanda Wuhan Movie Park

Wuhan, China

AJA Architecture and Planning, in partnership with creative designers Forrec Limited, Adirondack Studios, and Stufish Entertainment Architects, was commissioned to develop a world-class attraction for the Wanda Dalian Corporation.

This groundbreaking entertainment and cultural center in Wuhan China, with a total project cost of $690 million dollars contains 12 themed attractions and was the first of its kind integrating 3D and 4D technologies with exciting moving ride experiences for guests.

This cultural experience was constructed to the highest levels of sustainable design found in China to date. Attractions include live-action shows, dark ride roller coasters, interactive gaming rides, immersive 3D flying media rides, as well as others.

AJA Architecture and Planning worked with the architecture and creative teams to coordinate and implement a fully immersive attraction. The building was intended to serve as a Cultural Visitor’s Center as part of China’s ongoing economic development initiative throughout China.
