This project includes a modular addition to a small (950 sq ft) ranch and re-organization of the original structure located in historic Saratoga Springs, NY. The addition added about 700 sq feet including a new family room, full bath and mudroom. Finishes include vaulted ceiling, wood look porcelain floor tiles and a high end gas fireplace with bluestone surround. In order to accommodate a growing family the owners commissioned AJA Architecture and Planning to design a two story addition and carriage house for the property. This was the first major capital project out of the 1999 Master Plan. This outdoor skating pavilion complex provides a welcome winter activity spot for guests.
